Common questions
Do you only clean on weekends?+
We run on a weekend-first schedule. Right now you can book Sundays and Tuesdays, and we open more days as the calendar fills. The booking page always shows the live available days.
What happens during the clean, step by step?+
Three stages. First we pre-spray, which breaks down stains and embedded dirt and clumps pet hair. Where needed, a deep machine scrub works that treatment into the carpet fibres. Finally, hot water extraction pulls it all out: dirt, treatment and moisture together. Odour control treatment is included free on orders of $200 or more.
Do I need to vacuum or prepare anything before you arrive?+
No vacuuming needed, our process handles the dry soil. Just move small items and anything delicate off the carpets. Light furniture we can shift; beds and heavy pieces stay in place and we clean around them. We only need access to water and power.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. We use green, pet-friendly products, and it is fine for kids and pets to walk on the carpet while it dries. If anyone in the home has allergies, tell us and we keep the treatment simple.
How do I pay, and when?+
You pay after the work is done and you have seen the result. Cash and e-transfer both work. We confirm the exact total in writing before the visit, and it never changes at the door.
What exactly do you clean?+
Carpet (wall-to-wall, stairs, hallways), area rugs, upholstery (sofas, sectionals, chairs), mattresses, and tile & grout — the deep-cleaning work your vacuum and daily cleaning can't reach. Car interior detailing is available as an add-on. We focus on this and do it properly, rather than spreading thin across general house cleaning.
How long until my carpet or sofa is dry?+
Most carpet dries in 4 to 8 hours; upholstery is sit-ready in about 3. Thick pile, stairs, and humid days can take up to 24 hours, and running the AC or a fan speeds everything up. We use hot-water extraction with a strong vacuum pass, so nothing stays soaked.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?+
Most pet stains and odours come out with pre-treatment and hot-water extraction, and we offer a dedicated odour-control treatment. Old set-in stains that have dyed the fibre may lighten rather than vanish — we'll tell you honestly on arrival what will and won't fully lift.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No. Most clients give us building access or a lockbox code. We send a confirmation when we arrive and when we leave.
How is pricing calculated?+
Per item, in plain numbers: per sofa seat, per rug, per room of carpet, per flight of stairs, per mattress, per tiled room. You see the full price as you build your booking — fixed once you submit, never silently raised.
Why might my price differ from a neighbour's?+
It shouldn't, our per-item prices are identical everywhere we serve. The only thing that changes with distance is the visit minimum: $150 across the core GTA, $200 for the nearer ring (Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Guelph), $250 farther out (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Newmarket, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge), and $300 beyond that (London, Barrie, Niagara). It is never a fee, it is the amount of cleaning your visit includes, shown in your quote up front and never added later. On route days, when we are already in your area, it drops a tier.
How do I know my home is in good hands?+

Do you do car detailing too?+
Yes — interior detailing or full inside-and-out. Mobile only, so we come to your driveway or parking spot. Same visit as your carpet or sofa clean if you bundle them.
