Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No. Most clients give us building access or a lockbox code. We send a confirmation when we arrive and when we leave.
What’s included in a "deep clean"?+
Kitchen (including inside the oven and microwave), all bathrooms (tubs, toilets, grout), bedrooms, common areas, baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Add-ons like fridge interior or windows can be added at booking.
